CLARE HANSON

2022 NAIA National Champion Head Coach: 

In her first year as Head Coach, Clare Hanson led her alma mater to the 2022 NAIA National Championship.  This was the first National Championship for the college in 55 years.

Hanson graduated from Benedictine College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Social Science and a Master of Business Administration in 2021.  

She served at assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach from 2019-2021. 

As a player, she helped guide the program to three conference regular-season titles as well as two conference tournament championships, resulting in automatic bids to the NAIA National Tournament.

Individually, Hanson was a First-Team All-Conference midfielder. She was elected captain in her junior and senior seasons helping build the foundation for the women’s lacrosse program.

CAITLIN ERICKSON

Caitlin Erickson was named the inaugural Culver Stockton Head Coach of the newly developed women's lacrosse program on Nov. 16, 2018.

Erickson was previously the head coach of the women's lacrosse and field hockey teams at Lindenwood University in Belleville, Ill., from January of 2016 to June of 2018.

Erickson spent seven years at the accomplished Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., as both a field hockey player and coach. Outside college lacrosse, she spends her time helping grow the lacrosse community as the Girls’ Director of St. Louis LAX, a summer, fall, and winter league in St. Louis dedicated to providing additional opportunities for high school players to develop. 

Post collegiate: Erickson is an accomplished athlete, winning three national championships and three all-American titles as a professional women’s football player.

Mike Molster

Michael Molster is the assistant coach with the England Senior National Team. He has been involved in the England program since 2014. A 2-time bronze medalist at the World Championships, Coach Molster helped guide England to bronze medal at the 2022 World Championships this past summer. He also coached England to a gold medal at the most recent European Championships. Coach Molster is on staff with the recently formed England National Team Sixes program, the format in consideration for Olympic inclusion.

Coach Molster has 12 years of coaching experience at the Division 1 level making 5 appearances in the NCAA tournament. He has coached at all levels of the sport, from at the high school level through Club, U19, collegiate and international levels.
