About us:

By The Pros is an innovative lacrosse series with the intention to help facilitate professional women's lacrosse players. By The Pros is made up of professional lacrosse players who are seeking more playing and fan engagement opportunities throughout the year.
Our first mission is to create a method of sustainable income for our sport’s professional athletes. Out of all the professional sports played in our country, being a professional women’s lacrosse player does not have the same level of recognition as other professional sports  –  despite the rapid growth of the game. Professional women’s lacrosse players do not receive a sustainable income just as athletes alone. All players must seek additional sources of revenue in order to make a living. There are currently no professional lacrosse players who make a living solely off competing.
The second mission of our lacrosse series is to have the ultimate player/fan engagement. Playing in front of our youth is vital for the growth of the game. The next generation of our sport needs to see representation at the highest level of play and know that it is attainable.
